So here’s the deal…
Ultimately, you are responsible for your own Social Media presence. Our services are only meant to bolster your current efforts and improve (perhaps marginally) your visibility online. We cannot guarantee the quality of the service you receive from the volunteers you choose to work with.
On that note, we are also unable to forecast exactly how many volunteers will choose your organization. You can do things to improve your chances of being selected (offer better gifts, reduce the time commitment, etc), but there are still no guarantees.
Overall, just be realistic. We love working with nonprofits, and we love helping them accomplish their goals in the most cost-effective way possible. But keep in mind that all of our basic services are completely free, which means that we can’t always certify the highest level of quality. Even if you derive a small benefit, it is still worth your time to sign up and try things out.
